What will the stay cost?
Everything is in the number: the room, the people and breakfast. Rates step down automatically at 7 and 28 nights.

The nightly rate drops 15% at 7 nights and 30% at 28. Whole-townhouse rates step down again at 90. Rates are held firm for the term of any signed Long-Term Agreement.

The second-guest supplement is discounted on exactly the same ladder as the room, so a couple staying a month never pays a full nightly supplement. Breakfast is included for both of you.
