A comfortable king room inside one of the townhouses, with full use of that house's kitchen, lounge and dining area. The room most of our month-long guests end up in.
Choose this if: You are staying a few weeks or more and want to cook for yourself.
Our most economical room: a double bed rather than a king, in a slightly more compact space, with exactly the same full use of the townhouse kitchen, lounge and dining area as every other room in the house.
Choose this if: You want a kitchen and the lowest rate, and you mainly need somewhere to sleep and work.

Area 43 is a quiet residential street, close enough to Capital Hill, City Centre and the diplomatic quarter to make the morning commute unremarkable, and far enough from the main roads to sleep properly.
